About Us

Mr. DeLorey graduated from Boston College with a BS degree in Accounting and is a registered Investment Advisor. There are five staff members at College Planning Services handling the daily administrative responsibility and the yearly completion of the complicated financial aid forms. Mr. DeLorey founded College Planning Services 25 years ago for the express purpose of helping parents send their children to college without going broke.  Over the past 25 years what has been very consistent is that most parents are not knowledgeable when it comes to college financing or how to mazimizing their children's scholarship eligibility. Mr. DeLorey helps parents design a college funding strategy that will save them money, time and aggravation.

 

College Planning Services is the oldest, most respected college service providing assistance to parents of college bound students in the metro Boston area, helping almost 5000 families.

 

Mr. DeLorey is frequently asked to do public speaking on the topic “How to send a child to college...without going broke!”, to groups such as MASS Society of CPA's, MASS CPA Continuing Education Consortium sponsored by Salem State College and the University of Mass, New England Bio Lab, Ipswich, Anna Jaques Hospital, Newburyport and at local high schools.
